We want you to love what you receive from Karivani. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags intact
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be in saleable condition
Please ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Items that are damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and approved:
- You may choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Certain discounted or promotional products (if specified)
These will always be clearly indicated before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@karivani.com with your order details and clear images. We’ll resolve it at the earliest.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery

- We ship across India through trusted courier partners
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location
